MISSION: Building healthier lives free from cardiovascular diseases and stroke.

SERVICES: School - Heart Healthy Modules for grades K-12, CPR, Educational fundraising events.

Work - Heart At Work is the primary work site program designed to reach employees with important health information on blood pressure, smoking
avoidance, physical activity, nutrition & health and includes heart-attack risk assessment and stress management.

Health Care - Targeted to places where people receive health care by qualified professionals. Programs include Active Partnership, Learn and
Live, and Emergency Cardiac Care.

Community - Screenings, Go Red for Women Campaign, Community fundraising events, CPR, Heart-Healthy book publications

AREAS SERVED: Onondaga, Cayuga, Oswego, Jefferson, and Cortland Counties

ACCESSIBILITY: Handicapped accessible

HOURS: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
